Colour Machines

 

These machines represent the latest development of digital copiers. A conventional black & white copier providing the speed and facilities we have become used to but at the touch of a button it will provide high speed colour copies or prints. ( If you are worried about the colour facility being abused this can be protected with PIN numbers and it will also record usage.)

These machines come as standard with full network connectivity giving you the benefit of the Ricoh user friendly windows based drivers with icon based selection for the various functions that imitate the icons on the copier screen.
You also get network scanning up to 55 pages per minute, single or double-sided up to A3 size in full colour. The document feeder holds up to 80 pages and you can scan up to 160 pages per folder to any destination on your network in one single operation from your copier.

Our engineers will install the relevant software on client PC’c or assist/Advise your IT people on installation on your server.

can even produce A4 or A5 stapled and folded booklets working out all the page placement for you (optional booklet finisher required) at the touch of a button as many as you require whenever you require. No more wasted leaflets following a specification or price change.

We provide a one year warranty on all our refurbished and ex-demo machines and also offer maintenance cover fully inclusive of all toner, all parts, routine maintenance, emergency call-outs and telephone support at a competitive price per page.
